In honor of Black History Month I wanted to bring a message to you inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. A message that is shaped by his actions and expressed through his words. During the civil rights movement Dr. King believed in the nonviolent peaceful protest approach to overcome oppression against people of color. This message wasn’t supported by everyone. Let alone was this message taken to the heights that Dr. King took them to which we can all agree plays a key role in us being able to interact with one another today.

• Know who you are.
• Act accordingly to your values and beliefs. In other words, take massive action.
• Go the extra mile to defend your beliefs and values
• QUESTION OF THE DAY: Where in your life across body, being, balance, and business are you not making a call that you know needs to be made but haven't out of fear?
